Advised a fintech start-up on its application to the Central Bank of Nigeria for an Agency Banking.

Advised an investor on their investments of about $3 million in several Nigerian fintech start-ups, including advice on Simple Investment for Equity (SAFE) contracts and subsequent series A and B investment stages.

Advised an upstream exploration and production oil and gas company on its US$663 million reserves-based lending facility provided by a consortium of local and international lenders for the purpose of its acquisition of certain oil and gas assets.

Advised a leading Swiss agricultural company on the creation and enforcement of securities governed under Nigerian law.

Advised an Abu Dhabi-based oil company on the securitisation of a crude/PMS swap transaction related to Nigerian refining capacity.

Advised a Nigerian Company on the reverse takeover of an AIM-listed company pursuant to Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The transaction was structured as a share exchange.

Advised on a plan of arrangement among a Canadian listed company, a UK-based company and a Nigerian company for an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Nigerian entity to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Canadian entity.
