We currently advise a large multinational FMCG company on contracts with staff, and internal policy development and compliance.

Advise a leading Swiss agricultural company on the creation and enforcement of an English law On Demand guarantee in Nigeria.

Advised on and created a regulatory compliance matrix for our client to enable it comply with the breadth of Federal, State and local tax law requirements.

Advised an international company on the legal and regulatory framework for the development of an oil storage terminal, with two offshore mooring points (one larger single point mooring system and a smaller conventional buoy mooring system) and a connecting pipeline within the Lagos Free Trade Zone.

Advising several multi-national companies on compliance with the Nigerian local content law whilst maintaining their desired ownership ratios.

Established the framework for legal and corporate compliance for an indigenous E&P company that works as the operator of an oil and gas asset in a Joint Venture with NNPC, from its inception as a new company.

In conjunction with a ‘Big Four’ consulting firm, established an automated compliance system that listed all compliance requirements and noted dates for compliance for company-relevant officers. System was integrated to the internal company IT system.
