Advised one of the world’s largest shipping fleets on liabilities arising following fire damage on board a large car carrier.

Advised owners of a cable laying vessel following damage by the vessel to a major oil pipeline off the West African coast owned by a major E&P company.

Drafted the suite of contracts used by a major Nigerian indigenous E&P company in its shipping arrangements.
