Paul is a Consultant with AALP and has over 15 years’ experience across project finance, infrastructure development, concessions, PPPs, corporate transactions and sustainable finance in Nigeria.
Paul has previously served as Assistant Vice President at InfraCredit and Senior Associate at Dentons-ACAS, giving him a strong combination of private practice and in-house transaction experience, infrastructure product development and execution capability.
Paul has advised leading institutions including Africa Finance Corporation, African Development Bank, IFC, EDC, DEG/KfW and FMO on complex financings, project development mandates, infrastructure transactions and ESG-aligned investments.
His practice combines concession and PPP structuring, project and infrastructure finance, legal due diligence, transaction documentation, CP/closing management and regulatory advice.
Paul regularly advises on project finance, corporate finance and infrastructure finance transactions, shareholder arrangements, JVs, capital raising, secured and unsecured lending.
